Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your booking for our phone photography workshops. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled workshop date.
    • Written cancellations must be submitted via email to info@eilidhrobertson.co.uk or through our website’s contact form.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Upon receiving your cancellation request within the stipulated timeframe, we will initiate the refund process promptly.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
    • Please allow 7 for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution’s processing times.
  3. Non-Refundable Period:
    • Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop date will not be eligible for refunds.
    • This includes cancellations made on or after the 14th day preceding the scheduled workshop.
  4. No-Shows:
    • Participants who fail to attend the workshop without prior notice (“no-shows”) will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
  5. Rescheduling:
    • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise within the 14-day window leading up to the workshop date.
    • While refunds are not available during this period, we may consider requests for rescheduling to an alternative workshop date, subject to availability.
    • Please contact us as soon as possible if you require rescheduling due to unavoidable circumstances.
  6. Exceptional Circumstances:
    • In rare cases of unavoidable emergencies or events beyond your control, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
    • Supporting documentation or evidence may be required to assess the validity of such requests.
  7. Workshop Cancellation:
    • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future workshop date.
