With a passion for photography that ignited back in 2012, I’ve photographed rural businesses, families and weddings across the UK and as far afield as New Zealand over the last 14 years. But it’s not just about the places I’ve been, it’s about the people I’ve met and the stories I’ve had the privilege to tell.
I’ve built and grown my own profitable business from the ground up, giving me a deep understanding of what it really takes to market and promote a business in a crowded online space. I know first-hand the challenges of showing up consistently, creating content that connects and turning visibility into real results. This experience shapes everything I teach, ensuring it’s not just creative, but practical and commercially relevant too.
Since 2021, I’ve been on a mission to share my expertise through phone photography workshops, delivering these practical, hands-on sessions to over 200 participants. I love witnessing the transformation in everyone’s photography and seeing them unleash their creativity and grow in confidence throughout the day… and long after the workshops.
I live on a farm in Perthshire with my husband, our two sons and numerous four-legged friends who often feature in my phone photographs.

I’m Laura, the big sister, often mistaken for the younger sister much to Eilidh’s dismay! I have been working with Eilidh since 2014, catching the wedding photography bug after a good stint of second shooting, which led me to start capturing my own weddings in 2016 as an Associate Photographer. I’ve been helping to deliver Phone Photography Workshops since February 2024 and have loved witnessing the improvement in all the attendees photographs and how much they enjoy the day.
When I’m not capturing beautiful weddings across Scotland or helping Eilidh to deliver Phone Photography Workshops, I love nothing more than being outside, whether that’s on a horse or walking the dogs with my family.
